How the Project Process Works

FREE ON-SITE CONSULTATION

During this time your ideas will be discussed, what do you want out of the project. We will take measurements, answer any questions that you may have about our company and/or our process and give you ballpark price range of your project cost.

PLANNING AND PRICING

After our free consultation, we'll meet with you to finalize the labor proposal and the scope of the project. Client will have time to review and make changes on the contract.

DESIGN THE LAYOUT

There are numerous design elements which can be made by the architect or general contractor.

AWARD THE CONTRACT

Hire the General Contractor , sign contracts and determine when the job will begin.

PERMIT APPROVAL

General contractor will obtain the necessary permits from city hall in Kansas or Missouri in order to begin work.

WORK BEGINS

According to the schedule set by homeowners and General contractor. Once the materials have been ordered and the plans approved, we will communicate with you constantly to keep you informed and update on what has been completed and the overall progress of the project.

CHANGE ORDER

A change order should be provided by the General Contractor if any changes are made over and above the original contract agreement.

FINAL WALK THROUGH

This is done with the homeowner and general contractor when the project is complete.

PROJECT HAS BEEN COMPLETED

Once your project is complete, we will deliver your lien waivers. At this time you will be asked to fill out a satisfaction survey. your feedback is extremely important to us, since we are always looking for new ideas on how to make our service better.
